World Cup Soccer Tournament Liability Form

A.     Provide for team coaches or other personnel as deemed needed by you for any needed medical care. Agree that Charlotte World Soccer Foundation, RSI or SACC will not be held liable for any injuries that occur to any of the participants while on the Ramblewood Complex.

B.     Indemnify and hold Charlotte World Soccer Foundation, RSI & SACC harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, costs and expense (including, without limitations, attorneys’ fees and time involved) brought against, paid or incurred by RSI at any time and in any way arising out of or relating to our services under this letter, except to the extent finally determined to have resulted from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.  This provision shall survive the completion of the play arranged.

C.       For your games, provide for people to pick up any trash left after the matches and the event.
